Some of Steve’s work in recent times includes supporting senior Directors to drive a major Housing Association merger, helping a metropolitan council develop an OD strategy, working with the senior Directors in a council to significantly improve their clarity and focus and deliver more aligned and supportive working, coaching a PCT Director to become a CEO, enabling a housing pathfinder to restructure and change significantly, running a year long leadership development for a leading professional services organisation, facilitating discussion on community development issues with cabinet members and senior politicians. |
