Rob specialises in leading and managing top teams in a rapidly changing external environment, supporting and coordinating the contributions of key staff. He has considerable experience in leading culture change and overcoming organisational resistance. His work with senior leaders has also focused on maintaining financial viability whilst sustaining strategic purpose, harmonising and harnessing conflicting agendas. 

After a number of years working as Chief Executive for a large national charity he now works as an advisor with Boards of Directors and Executive Teams across the commercial, public and charitable sectors. His work has taken him to Africa, India and the Middle East and he is a fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts.
