Jemma supports consultants work on projects with clients. She is responsible for diary management and the managing and coordination of client projects, ensuring that the office maintains a consistently high service.

Whilst the whole Operations team collaborate to achieve continuity of client support, Jemma has specific responsibility to partner Oliver Nyumbu, Caret's Chief Executive, and Consultants Danny Morris and Marcus Cato, coordinating client arrangements and ensuring an efficient and seamless client experience.
