“Caret has been very inspiring in helping us to change our language and move towards strengths-based work and ‘Good to Great’ concepts. CAFCASS operates from more than 100 sites across the country so it was a big challenge to communicate these concepts to 120 managers and be sure they all heard the same message. This was probably our most major event of the past two years and Caret’s approach was very influential in setting the tone of celebrating achievements - emphasising what works rather than what doesn’t. As a hard-pressed service it’s easy to get dragged down by focusing on what’s wrong and strengths can sometimes become invisible under pressure.
