Recently, Danny has been advising organisations undergoing mergers, providing extensive leadership development to executive teams in business and local government, and analysing for complex issues challenging Housing Associations. Danny works extensively in all sectors, but specifically is Caret's lead consultant on Housing. He is a contributing author in the Oxford Handbook of Positive Psychology and Work.
