This is a time of significant challenge for the Third Sector.  Caret’s belief is that resourceful, forward thinking leadership is needed.  The Third Sector exists to make a difference to people’s lives – in a time of reduced financial resources.  An organisation’s strongest asset is its ability to think of new approaches and ways of working.
