Caret provides leadership coaching to enable leaders to shape and drive change, work collaboratively with their stakeholders / partners and deliver high quality services.

Caret has enabled the Board to come together – the Council, three PCT’s and GPs – effectively. We provide the Chair and have run workshops to find effective ways of working and delivering change to a £350million budget. The group won the 2011 ‘Good Commissioner’ category at the Great Britain Society
